Billing questions.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is prepaid once per year at up to a 10% discount versus monthly, and you can switch when your plan renews. Prefer to keep paying monthly? Commit to a 12-month term and save 5%, still billed monthly rather than prepaid — talk to sales to set it up.
Can I add or remove seats as my fleet changes?
Yes. Add or remove seats at any time and your next invoice is adjusted automatically — no re-signup, no service interruption. Moving between Basic, Growth, and Scale keeps all of your history intact.
What happens to my data after retention expires?
On plans with a maximum retention period, only detailed timestamps are lost. MunkiSee aggregates total active and idle time up to that point, so you can still report on historical trends. Enterprise supports unlimited, custom-configured retention either way.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged and nothing converts automatically. The tenant goes read-only until you choose a plan, and your trial data carries over if you do.
